How it works
You do not need to be a resident of Barford or Wramplingham to hire both the Hall and the playing fields for events, parties, clubs, meetings and so on. The Hall has bar and kitchen facilities, and the floor was specially laid for dancing. We also have the use of a projector and screen for presentations, etc.
If you are in need of entertainment, catering or advice about your special event contact us and we would be happy to provide you with advice and local contacts.

* Contract hire is available to regular users (defined as one or more session a month) and invoicing arrangements may be made to pay monthly or quarterly in arrears (subject to agreement). Please contact the Village Hall Bookings Secretary, by email. Negotiable for charities and not-for-profit organisations depending on hire period.

*Notes about Deposits:
Bookings are subject to a booking/damage deposit. Last updated 21-6-2019. Prices subject to change without notice. However, this may be varied at the discretion of the Booking Secretary depending on the nature of the booking. Please contact us before sending any money to check what your deposit will be.
If we do not receive payment in time we will consider your slot forfeited and will retain a late cancellation fee equal to the hire charge, up to a maximum of £50.
The booking deposit also forms your damage deposit. Should the hall be in a clean and acceptable condition following your hire, this will be disposed of securely. Should damage be caused, or the hall not be left in an acceptable state, part or all of the damage deposit may be forfeit without notice and the hall may levy an additional charge. Full terms and conditions are on page 2 of your booking form. Please retain these for your reference.
